Wonderful to have a spa on site with great treatment options! Breakfast is very good with a wide variety of options

We throughly enjoyed our stay and communication with the host. Kitchen had enough equipment to get by. Would have like liked a kettle @ large mugs only. The apartment is great for families and convenience for getting around.

Staff was really nice, hotel was accessible and clean. Food wasn’t great besides the Moroccan restaurant which wasn’t included in the half board. The main issue seemed to be the communication amongst the staff, we were told a lot of different things by different people, super inconsistent. This wasn’t anyone’s fault, again, staff was lovely, spa was great, but there were lots of little things, missing towels in room often, the bar not serving cocktails when more than a few people are in there, etc. Not a 5 star hotel at all but it wasn’t bad, won’t be staying here again though.

We were very impressed with this property, very accommodating to all of our needs. The staff from our very first interaction till the day we left were “First Class”. From helping us coordinate tours, secure travel arrangements, helping us to find some much needed supplies. The Food service and restaurants are to be Commended and we used them all! We were a part of a multigenerational family and it was great to see there were activities that could keep us all happy and the times we shared can’t be measured…It had been two years since we were last together. Highly recommend this property!
